Wow, where can I start. I was on my lunch my friend and I decided we would like to go sat down to eat on a restaurant . I heard about Cugini I want to go check it out. As soon as we get there, the greeting as soon as you open the door by the owner make you feel right at home. the server was fantastic the food was exquisite . since then I made CUGINI my favorite place to eat.

My second experience is for my birthday I order penne ala vodka and 2 other trays wow wow the food was delivery at the time we set up for delivery and was very hot I didn't have to warm up anything.

One of my most experienced is this year Thanksgiving. I didn't feel like cooking all the meals for my family. I ordered penne ala vodka, chicken Frances, eggplan parmesan and pepper sausage. all my family and friends was very happy with different things on the menu this time. before I look all the food was done. I received a lot of compliments for the food but I couldn't take the compliments to myself I have to told them Cugini make it happen for me this year. This is the third time I’ve ordered from this location. The first time they didn’t deliver all of the slices, but they did send them out after I called. Tonight again I was missing a slice. When I called, I was first met with Stephanie telling me that I was in fact given my slices, and refused to believe I was missing anything. When I asked for a manager, she gave me Frank, who supposedly gave me the slices. He told me that he actually gave me 2 larger slices instead of giving me 3. When I told him that the slices were for different people, and was now impossible to split them, he told me “it is what it is, I gave you what you ordered, just as larger slices”. He then argued with me for about 5 minutes, at which point he said he would then send me a “free slice” instead of “the slice that was missing”. Tonight: Ordered take-out, including mussels and they weren't fresh. These were the most disgusting mussels I have ever seen. Probably dead before they were cooked. Anyone cooking them would know when they never opened up, many were cracked. Still they sold them to me. Makes me wonder what other spoiled food they would cook & sell.

It's always been pot-luck when you order from Cugini's kitchen. You never really know what you're going to get. I don't think there is any supervision in the kitchen. There can't be! There is absolutely no consistency with the food coming out of there.

When I called to tell them about my food, all I received was lip-service from the jerk on the phone and eventually he hung up on me. I've been a customer for over twenty-five years and always tried to support this local establishment. ...
