Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Today was the best day, I just visited this amazing establishment and as I opened the doors I felt a the breeze of coffee hit me like a snow ball on a busy winter street after a blizzard in the best way. I waited in a small like didn’t take long and then I saw the person at the front desk. They smiled and greeted me as if I were royalty and loyalty. They asked me what I wanted from their establishment and I knew exactly what I wanted. It was gonna be an iced Americano like every day and this time was no different and iced Americano is my way to go and that is the way to go because because I love love love love love drinking my iced Americano at my 9 to 5. as soon as I ordered it, I can feel the anticipation rising. I knew my drink was being made with such love and perfection. The staff looked at me and I looked at them we not, and we agreed that this was about to be the best sip, I was about to take. I didn’t realize that I had to take a donut and I ordered it and I knew which one I was gonna go for the Boston cream. I love Boston cream. I love it so much. I want to have 50 Boston creams but I wanted to follow through with my healthy living so I didn’t get 50. I just got one, but that one was enough to take my mouth on a flavorful Wonderland tour. I traveled to literal beautiful places just from one bite.

Don’t ever go to Starbucks I hate Starbucks so much and if you still go to Starbucks, you’re missing out because you should never even step foot in Starbucks again come to Duncan drink at Duncan live at mine as long as you pay them I will pay rent to Dunkin thank you Duncan. I just went there and order a ice caramel coffe and the lady probably heard me wrong and gave me a hot coffe and I told the India guy that I wanted a ice coffe not hot nicely and answer me like you order a ice caramel coffe? I told him yes and I don’t know why he started screaming at me and also told me that I don’t have to get mad about it and I was like what are you talking about I just want my coffee and they gave me the worst looking coffee and taste bad too I throw it out because it looks disgusting, worst Dunkin ever and the people there is nice but that India guy that work there have no customer service and he’s a very mean person , definitely not going back there and telling everyone that I know about this place because we are here paying for something so we can have what we order and also for you to be nice to us the customer because why would you start screaming at me and talking to me bad if I was telling you that I ordered a ice coffe not hot nicely. 0 customers service and attitude is really bad here , please I know this not happen to everyone but think about it before going there because this guy could spit on your order. Hands down horrible customer service. The male manager who works there seems to think that he has a right to tell what customers should do with their personal lives. Maybe there are cultural reasons that are beyond my knowledge, but please don't pry into private matters and tell a customer to "relax it's no big deal" when the customer refuses to engage in an inappropriate conversation. I also do not like him yelling at the other elder female staff who was a bit slow in taking orders. I have no problem waiting patiently for my order, so please be kind to...
