Cha Dao Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Passed by on one of my errands! Stopped by to try this new place out with my mom.

--Review-- Only one employee was manning the shop~ When we came through on a Monday afternoon. We ordered the Oolong milk tea w/ Herbal Jelly. My mom ordered the Bubble Milk. Both at 30% sugar and no ice.

Oolong tea with herbal jelly was perfect. Tasted exactly at 30% sweetness. The jelly was a little more viscous than what I'm used to but thats not a criticism or anything just an observation. Bubble milk tea: The base tea I think is earl grey - it was just slightly sweeter than the Oolong but still ok. Too sweet for my mom but ok for me so we switched drinks.

TLDR: Decent tea and not overly sweet at 30% sugar and no ice Clean and spacious seating area Has Wifi and clean bathrooms Clear listed menu items and highlighting recommend drinks on the adjacent wall Didn't try any of the food items but will be back for them, especially the snow shaved...

A hidden little gem in the area! Went here for the 2nd time and both times did not fail. My favorite bubble tea flavor is taro but I don’t like my tea too sweet so I like that they had the option of ordering half sugar. It was the perfect level of sweet for me. The bubbles also tasted very fresh- this is probably some of the best tasting bubble tea I’ve gotten yet.

If you like mango and want a refreshing, fruity tea on a hot day I highly recommend the mango pomelo was incredible. It comes with little pieces of mango already in it, and we also ordered additional mango popping bubbles in it and it was just perfect.

The inside of the place is very cute and clean and there is a good amount of seating. While the place is located on a busy road, there is a parking lot available in the back which makes is very convenient. The have the option of ordering online on their website and I believe they also offer delivery. If you like bubble tea and are looking for a new place to try, and would like to support a local business, I highly recommend cha dao bubble tea! I can’t wait to come back to try...

This store opened about a month ago on the corner of Jericho Turnpike and Willis Avenue. Google reviews had some good things to say about the drinks, so I decided to give it a try. Thank goodness I made that choice, because the Kiwi drink tasted amazing! I ordered the Kiwi Green Tea for myself and the Matcha bubble milk tea for my sister. I'm not kidding when I say this: kiwi green tea is probably one of my favorite drinks ever! It's crisp, refreshing, fruity, and not too sweet, just the way I like it! Likewise, my sister said her bubble tea tasted great! The cashier was very kind and gave me a free sausage for ordering two drinks. The sausage has a hint of sweetness to it, but I found it to be quite flavorful. Overall, I would recommend this establishment for those curious enough to try it out.
