MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD THEY DO NOT GET ANY STARS FROM ME. THE REVIEW DID NOT ALLOW ME TO POST WITHOUT AT LEAST GIVING THEM ONE. So I ordered food this morning to work right down the block on Main st. My order took 40-45 minutes to arrive, which wasn’t a big deal because I ordered it on my way to work anyway. I ordered a smoothie and also a sandwich turkey,extra bacon,mayonnaise, salt pepper and lettuce. When it came the smoothie tasted like pure water, literally like they just put milk ice and strawberry (which is totally incorrect when making a smoothie). It wasn’t thick at all. Went to eat my sandwich, zero mayonnaise as I asked for specifically when I ordered, so I checked my receipt to make sure and (my receipt said everything I asked for). I call they say they’ll fix the smoothie and bring a new one (by then I was skeptical) and also PUT MAYO in the bag for me. So I guess I’m suppose to make my own sandwich although I just spent money for it to be done. Not to mention it’s been almost 40 mins at this point that I had the food unable to eat it, so now my roll is hard as a rock. I went back there and they just handed me the mayo and the smoothie they made over (horrible as the first one)So I had to throw them both away while I was there. Everyone just looked at me not saying a word or offering me any assistance. Pretty much like “Oh well!”. I ended up wasting 22 dollars on food and I drink I didn’t get to enjoy not even one bite of my sandwich. Shame on them! . My total was 18.44 in which I gave the delivery man $22 with his tip included.My experience was horrible to the point where I just left 5 minutes ago and couldn’t even wait to get back to work to write a review. It was something I needed to do immediately. As a resident of port Washington for the past 25 years I’m extremely disappointed. The way they handled the situation so poorly really took me by surprise. I expected them to at least offer to make me a fresh new sandwich, the way I originally asked. Or offer me a refund for the bad order and terrible service. And prepare me a actual SMOOTHIE! Safe to say I will never order from them again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Frustrated and annoyed us an understatement for the way I feel!

I've been ordering from Harbor for over 2 years now but it turns out that today is the last day. The food is great and the selection is countless, no question about that. But over the course of the 2 years, Harbor has incorrectly prepared my orders around 5 times. I understand, mistakes happen due to volume, especially around lunchtime - they have replaced the meals those 5 times and I am satisfied as a customer for that.
But today I was told straight up to "not take it the wrong way and to not order from there" after messing up my order yet again. The receipt clearly states my order correctly (as it did every other time) and it was NOT prepared to how they accepted the order.
Just so the owner understands, I don't need my money back as as it was offered in exchange me suspending orders from there. It is about principal and to be frank, your employee was quite rude. If an incorrect order was given to me, am I to just deal with it and eat it? FYI every single time I offered to return the incorrect order, but it was declined and it ended up in the garbage.
One of the times I ordered a Chicken Philly and they delivered a Steak Philly - which eating beef is against my religion. Don't blame the incompetence on the customer if you take the order correctly and the kitchen produces it incorrectly. You may want to have a bit more oversight in your kitchen. Your response does not make any sense because the electronic labels you print state the correct order but it is not made according to that. So it is not a matter of me changing anything - I don't call you back to make changes after you take it down the first time. Read moreThe salad bar looks better than the product made. The girl behind the counter came around to help me. I ordered a simple romaine salad with a few accompaniments. She made the salad with iceberg lettuce and when I advised the mistake, she first told me it was romaine, then blankly looked at me and asked if she could just add romaine. When she remade the salad and handed it to me, she said the guys behind the counter would help me. I stood there awkwardly waiting while she disappeared. While waiting, I checked out the salad barely displaying any of the sides other than miniscule shreds of carrot, a tiny piece of avocado and barely noticed the egg whites. The beets were no where to be found. The salad looked like a bowl of lettuce and at that point, I didn't even know it cost over $9. When the owner finally acknowledged me, I asked if this was the typical way they made salad and he said rather uncaringly, "She makes them everyday, so if you want more sides, she can add them." If she made them every day, she should know the difference between iceberg and romaine lettuce! I really didn't appreciate his response or attitude of the girl or the owner. I also ordered the walnut and cranberry chicken salad. I took two bites of the 1/2 pound of salad only to throw it out. It tasted old and I was a bit concerned about what I was eating.
