A Disappointing Experience at a New Italian Restaurant I was excited to try this new Italian restaurant, especially after looking over the menu online and being set on ordering the Fioretti Pasta. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm was quickly dampened by the service.

The waitstaff seemed unprepared and disorganized, and the service was incredibly slow from the start. After I finally placed my order, the waiter came back to my table to inform me that the kitchen was out of the Fioretti Pasta. This was frustrating, as I had specifically chosen this restaurant for that dish.

Instead of offering a suitable alternative or inquiring about my preferences, the waiter immediately pushed me to order the ravioli. This suggestion was particularly jarring, not only because he never asked if I wanted a vegetarian option, but also because the ravioli was significantly more expensive at $42, compared to the $27 dish I had originally chosen. The entire interaction felt less like a genuine attempt to help and more like a poorly handled upselling attempt.

Overall, the slow and clueless service, combined with the lack of attention to detail and what felt like a bait-and-switch with the menu, made for a very disappointing...

I have eaten here 2x recently and I must say this place is exceptional.

I did read 2 disgruntled reviews, one from a woman named Pamela, who seems to be a know it all - but in the same breathe not so much educated. You don’t choose a restaurant based on one specific dish, and if you don’t get it because they’re sold out you stomp your feet like a 12 year old.

The owner Max who I had the pleasure of meeting with is so heart filled with how his customers AND his employees feel you can tell just in dining here.

I wish this restaurant nothing but blessings, my family and I have enjoyed their food and the service very much so.

There is a lot of room for improvement. Unfortunately, the prices do not match the quality of the food (imagine pizzeria style food quality but for 3x the price). The service is disorganized and inattentive. Also, the restaurant would benefit from higher quality menus (they had paper menus), and completed decor (the bathroom had no signage on it). I understand the restaurant opened up recently but for an opening to make a good impression you just have to try harder.
