I wish I could give ZERO stars. I viewed Twin Pines as an asset to the Port Wash community. Indeed, I donated multiple items to them over the years. Today, I drove out of my way to their location, walked in with ONE item worth $700 and they told me '" Oh Sorry We Don't Take Donations Today or Tomorrow and Only On, Whatever Days" Stop really, really ?? 'This is worth well over $500 dollars - I am not coming back nor do I want a receipt. Are you sure now'?? OK,,,,, So a horrible experience with this non-profit...

Prices are outrageous! I've been shopping here since 2018. Back then you could buy some decent used clothing at used clothing prices. Now they ask $18 for worn pants. Forget about the shoe prices. Astronomical! Toys are taped shut so you can't check contents. Several times bought a game marked complete, trusted that only to get home and find its missing pieces. No return policy. I'd rather pay Ebay prices on Ebay. At least you can get a return policy or send an offer. So sad what this...

Great place, staff is friendly. Good for donating stuff and browsing for gently used second hand stuff. There’s a sign on the door that says they only accept donations on Saturday. Don’t let the spoiled and entitled complainers convince you not to come here just because they don’t like to follow the rules. The policy was probably set in place for a good reason but I’m sure the complainers who gave this place poor reviews because of it never...
