I Bagel Cafe — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I ordered garlic bagel, scallion cream cheese with lox and a egg and cheese wrap, one caramel iced coffee and one regular. Judging by how busy this place was, I knew my order was going to get messed up. The lady had to ask me to repeat myself 3 times to the point where I removed my mask to slowly repeat. Somehow they still messed my order up. No scallion cream cheese, and instead of regular they gave me French vanilla. The coffee tastes like milk with ice, not even sweet. The wrap tasted very stale, turkey doesn’t even look like turkey. My total came out to $30. I’m not...

I used to go regularly. On my last takeout order they gave me tofu cream cheese instead of regular. No big deal. We used butter and I tried to return the container marked tofu cream cheese. They refused to refund the $7. At first they claimed that the tofu was the same price, and then said they don't carry tofu cream cheese even though the package said it was. I left the container and walked out, NEVER to return. They were more considered about $7 and being right than taking care of a customer. No problem as I now go...

I drive here all the way from Queens! Why? Because they are the best at what they do! My fav place!!! Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. You get what you pay for, quality over quantity!!! All salads and spreads as well as bagels are homemade, handrolled and beyond delicious and fresh. I can’t go into any other place. Coffee is bomb, and naturally flavored. No added sugars.
