I am writing to report a deeply upsetting experience I had with your manager named Gerson. On Oct 22 2:25pm, I politely asked if I could exchange the black Halloween bucket I received (which I paid for) with a red one, as I saw that red buckets were available. Instead of handling the request professionally, Manager Gerson responded by raising his voice and yelling at me that I would need to keep purchasing meals until I happened to receive the one I wanted. He further stated that there is no policy allowing for item swaps and accused me of frequently asking to exchange toys or promotional items—an accusation that is completely untrue and this is factually my first time having this small request. What made this experience especially troubling was the tone and manner in which I was addressed, which felt unnecessarily hostile and targeted. I have observed—and heard from others in the neighborhood—that this manager has a reputation for treating customers of color differently. During this incident, even a white customer nearby commented that the situation was clearly unfair and discriminatory, stating that they had never experienced similar treatment. I am extremely upset by how I was treated and feel that this interaction reflected a pattern of biased and discriminatory behavior. As a long-time customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and fairness, regardless of race or background. Read moreMy family of 4 came from Connecticut just to see the McMansion. They have kiosks like all other McDonalds. They also bring food to your table like all other McDonalds. Server was very nice and professional. Food was great! However, we were there between 9 and 9:30. Place closes at 11. Girl who was sweeping was doing so all around us and banging the metal chairs into eachother and sliding around on floor. We were sitting in the round glass room. It's large with high ceilings throughout. You can imagine how that makes metal chairs banging around echo even louder. It was annoying and very awkward. When we got up to leave we noticed she dragged a bag of garbage along the floor leaking green stuff. Left it there while she swept elsewhere. She also turned the garbage cans around so I had to open up dirty bag to squeeze my garbage into it. It was nasty and smelly! It was around 9:30 and again, they close at 11. When we got to the door and looked back she already had that section blocked off. We felt forced to leave.....so we did. We only came for the experience. It's a beautiful place. Service was great and food. If this girl did this to us, she'll do it to others. So our great experience was ruined. I'd recommend going from open to about 8:30. Read moreI've been going to this mcds for 14 years and it's a hit or miss. There was about 2 years that I ate here nearly everyday with my Pops too. Lately the service is bad. I just came back from a drive thru experience where they didn't give all the food properly. I ordered a mcchicken and it was missing. Had to go back in to go get it. Ordered a deluxe bacon and ranch mcchicken and it was the most pathetic excuse of a sandwich I've ever seen unless they made a mistake and didn't give me a deluxe. It had NO lettuce, 2 pickles and was flat. Huge disappointment compared to the photo. I ordered 2 fries and and for the large, half the fries were missing. Its extrememly disappointing. Not to mention, once going back in to get the missing sandwich, they took the receipt and guess what, now you can't even file a proper complaint. Get your damn service together. The prices have been raised but the quality is trash. Yea its mcds, and $23. But for what? Even a bag of chips is more satisfying. And this is at 6:00 pm on a Wednesday. So whoever is managing this restaurant at this time you need to keep an eye out for the orders. Everybody has to deal with something or the other in any job.
