Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

While this location looked new and clean, at the very least, the service was horrible tonight. I acknowledge that they seemed to be trying hard, but someone kept messing up everybody's orders, and I literally mean every order that I witnessed....While ordering, the only two people in front of me were explaining what was wrong with their orders, to which the employee answer "wait, I'm so confused right now." One of the people had to drive back after receiving incorrect items. I brushed it off and continued to order, as I was already there and everyone makes mistakes, but then they also got my order wrong. I only ordered three things and 2 of the 3 items were soft tacos, which they gave the incorrect versions. They got seemingly busy/look overwhelmed when I realized so I decided not to say anything (they were already told twice that they were messing up orders and still messed stuff up so idt me saying it a third time would have helped tbh). But I decided to write the review because I still think it's worth noting. While I don't think you should avoid this location, I do advise for everyone to double check their orders before leaving this...

This is the worst Taco Bell place I have ever been to. This afternoon I had some food, I had a bean burrito which consisted of onions, beans, sauce, and LETTUCE! A BEAN BURRITO NEVER CONSISTS OF LETTUCE. And to top it off, my brother got a nacho bell grande which had some sauce. He was very disgusted by it. Even that everytime i go here I feel sick. After the food i eat that consists of beans I always feel like throwing up. Back in april the day of my birthday my mother had brought me and my twin some Taco Bell from jericho, the one we usually go to closed (that place was amazing btw) so she went to the one in Jericho. That night I felt a bit sick but not that much. When i went to school the next day, in the morning I felt really nauseous. And at the end of the day I nearly fell asleep last period (which never happens). When i got home I immediately fell asleep, woke up and felt like not eating. I eventually ate a banana and threw up. I believe this was the doing of the Jericho Taco Bell. Never going there...

Walked in at 5:45 on September 12th walked out at 6:30 and all I ordered was 2 tacos. Completely unprofessional and shitty customer service. The lady at the front has such an attitude and I don’t think she understands her job. Everytime I go in, there are more employees eating on the table than actual workers making the food. Can’t even call this location fast food. They also ignore everyone when you’re trying to get their attention and just stand in the back and laugh. And once I got my food, there was chicken literally outside of the wrapper and absolutely zero toppings. This also wasn’t the first time, has been multiple instances where I got the wrong order or got beef when I asked for vegetarian. Staff is incredibly disrespectful, aggressive, lazy and incompetent. When I asked about my order after waiting for 20 mins the lady says “ you’ll get it when you get it.” Fire the whole staff + clean the place and restart or just close for good 🙏.
