Ralph's Italian Ices & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I visit Ralph's all over Long Island. I'll never patronize this one again. Every other location charges $5.50 for a shake imagine my shock when charged $6.75 for the same size coffee shake I have purchased in Floral Park, Seaford, Patchague, Stony Brook and others in between. I ask why so high and explained the inconsistent pricing. The adult behind the counter was indifferent and said they operate independently. I just paid and will choose not to visit this particular location again. They over charged me and they will overcharge you...

Stopped by Ralph’s Ices in Mineola and ordered the passion fruit ice , it was incredibly refreshing, flavorful, and hit the spot on a warm day. The cashiers at the front were genuinely kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they care about the service just as much as the product. With so many flavors to choose from and such a friendly vibe, this place is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to come back and try...

As a weekly customer of Ralphs i ACCIDENTLY brought 16 of my friends to this location. We were greeted by a very grumpy employee who felt the need to slam the ice freezer every time we asked for something. Will probably never be coming back. If you dont like serving icecream, get another job. So rude. Half the kids didn't even order. One of the kids said I dont know what to order and her wonderful response was "make up your mind"....
