Konstantinou's Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Ontario

So my mom turned 76 and the weather looked a little iffy...we decided to try Konstantinous rather than drive to Sodus for some Captn Jacks bday wings. I called 2 days ahead to confirm they in fact do this and was told yes. Made reservations for 5. We arrived and was given a half sheet of paper with 6+ rules. Mind blown. Everyone has to order a drink..water not allowed (1 refill only). Food other than wings had to be ordered, the kicker was that if you leave and there are wings that aren't eaten you are charged $1 each. Oh wait....there is a 20% gratuity charged to your bill (they use the cost of the wings to calculate this) !! So basically our waitress that had a fairly easy table....and yet had to be yelled for to get service =..knew she was getting a $20+ tip so she didn't have to be attentive. AND when we arrived and found out about the 20% gratuity...i was told "our wings are so much better that Jack's" NOPE! .....I also wonder why the owner only responds to positive reviews? If you want poor service and overcooked dried out wings with undisclosed costs this is the place to go! We should have driven 20 more minutes for...

Just went to here for a date with my boyfriend on the recommendation of my mother. I've been here twice with no issues. Tonight was different. Ordered my piggy plate and my boyfriend ordered chicken fingers. My food was wonderful! His.... was HIGHLY overcooked so we sent it back. It took about 20 minutes for the new food to come out and it was still over cooked! The owner proceeded to cone to our table and give us the worst service I've ever had. He was confrontational, bragged about his food sales, and told us we were the problem. We sat for almost 7 minutes being lectured about how he knows all about food and isn't "arguing with us" about food quality. I will never come here again, despite previous good experiences because of the one I had tonight. After hearing rumours of the rude owner from other unhappy customers I can now sympathize. How mortifying and humiliating as a customer to be yelled at over food. Quite disgusted by this behavior and will be warning everyone I know to be weary, lest they deal with this...

I went there 6/25/22 evening, my Uncle and I ordered medium and hot chicken wings. His "hot" wings didn't have sauce on them and were not hot and they were plain , my medium wings had sauce and were spicy. We politely told the bartender that they were plain and not hot at all, and she replied rudely with "I know what I served you" and walked away. After ignoring us, I had to have an extended conversion where I had to convince her to remedy the situation and suggest she give us hot sauce, That's it, that's all we wanted.

Its really disappointing to be treated this way when I'm trying to support a local business. I haven't been back in Konstantinous since I joined the army and this is how I'm treated when I come back. I've never been spoken to this way at any bar or restaraunt before and it's...
