My car stalled and I had to pull over in front of this restaurant. While waiting for AAA, my daughter went in and bought us some breadsticks. When AAA arrived and started working on my car, a man from inside this restaurant wearing an apron came out, so the gentleman from AAA asked him how much a slice of pizza was. The man told him it was $15. The gentleman from AAA asked if that was for a slice, just a slice? And the man from the pizza place responded Yes, $15. My daughter heard this exchange from inside the car (her window was open) and told me. I went inside the pizza place, asked for a slice, and paid $3.50 to the woman at the register. My husband mentioned something that it was very small and the woman behind the counter replied, “you have to call here directly.” My husband was confused and on the way out said, “I wouldn’t come back here” and the man behind the counter making pizzas (older gentleman he assumed was the owner) said back to him, “don’t come back then.” I think this is inappropriate and rude.
