Just went here after a short hike in piermont with my kids and a friend with kids. After paying $50 for our bagels (including $17 for a [not fresh] bagel with tuna) the owner came out to tell me he had no more bagels left and wouldn’t offer me a refund only an option to switch to a wrap or toast which I thought was weird. My kids only like bagels and I didn’t want to choose an alternative. There was also a fly in our tomato. Coffee was watery. I rarely complain but this was extremely disappointing experience.

Such a cute little cafe! Ample parking, solid wifi, 2 tables with outlets, lots of light - great for working/reading. The thing to get here is the turkey sandwich! I got mine on an everything bagel. But the sauce(?) in the sandwich is SO good - it's the owner's concoction. I asked him about it and he offered to make me a mix to take home haha. I also ordered an iced coffee, which was pretty good too!

For those looking for great hot and iced coffee, pastries, bagels, sandwiches, tea and cold beverages - the best. The cafe is across from the bus stop, next to Union Arts Center, and close to the Rail Trail, so the cafe is an ideal place to make a stop during a commute or while cycling/walking the trail. Also has outdoor seating. PS best iced mocha I've ever had

I really wanted to like this cafe. It is in a great location and has very kind staff. I just had so many issues with the experience that made me question why this cafe has such great ratings especially here! I'm convinced that it is because people who wrote reviews didn’t get the “whole experience”. That is why I am posting this on yelp.

It all started when, I ordered a "noble specialty latte" which was not great (highly do not recommend). My friend who paid for me ordered a mango and banana smoothie and chicken wrap. Want to guess how much those 3 things cost her? $32, I bet you didn't guess that because my jaw dropped when I heard the price and once we got all of the items I instantly regretted coming here.

So let me tell you why. -I'm going to disregard the latte because that's on me for ordering such a unique blend of flavors. -The mango and banana smoothie tasted like mango puree with crushed ice and I did not taste a banana. If you enjoy the taste of mango puree and ice you should totally try this, otherwise you might find this off putting. -I went to this cafe to get work done so I was there for a few hours. I saw that staff never wiped down the tables after people left. -I spilt some of my latte, so I went to go look for napkins. There weren't any in the napkin dispenser so I asked the very sweet young lady and she gave me one napkin.. just ONE napkin. -I also tried charging my laptop, but the outlet I was trying to use did not work. -The music was not cafe music. It was intense and made me anxious.

Honestly, I really liked the people there and I wish I didn't have to tell you all about this. I just felt it wouldn't be fair to not say a thing with this many things...

Noble has a wonderful vibe - I LOVE the open floor to ceiling glass, plentiful tables both inside and out, and decor with lots of floor space.

Additionally the tea selection has a lot of thought behind it. Lots of unique and high quality teas.

However when compared to other coffee houses in rockland, the prices are on the high to very high end for the products offered and I struggle to see the justification.

A large mango iced tea and a dirty iced chai came to $16.50 after tax.

The Art cafe in nyack, Boxer donuts in nyack, Deans Coffee in Pearl River, Titanic coffee in congers, Bunburrys coffee in piermont,

Are all within a 5-10 minute drive, and offer iced teas FAR less than $8 for a large (around $3-6 tops)

A dirty iced chai, at boxer donut features homemade chai syrup roasted from chai tea leaves and still clocks in at $6.75 for a large with oat milk.

I can’t see the justification for the increased cost of drinks here unless the teas and milk were all organic or something but those were not advertised or disclosed.

A lot of good about this shop, but with so many great coffee shops in rockland, I personally won’t be back with prices about 25% higher than others on a product with already fairly high profit margins.

The family that owns the shop is absolutely lovely though, very kind people and, again, phenomenal vibe - they did a great job designing the shop. If you can look past what may be a location up charge (prime spot right off the rail trail), it could be worth a stop - just isn’t for me...

I went here with my wife today. I ordered two small hot americano and a small bread. The clerk charged me more than what I was expected. I thought it was my mistake. So, I didn't tell anything at that time. However, when I saw the receipt, there was two MEDIUM ICE AMERICANO. I asked about that. And she told me HOT and ICE are the same price. So... I was expecting Medium size HOT AMERICANO, even if I ordered SMALL ONE because I didn't want any argue. But... What I finally got was small hot americano. It was that time where I got a little bit upset. I told about that, and she was just repeating they are the same price. A couple of moment later, another clerk asked me what is going on. I told about the situation. He gave me bak two dollars and apologized me.

I don't know receiving two dollar was alright. Actually, I didn't mean it. I just want to get things straight. I don't need his apology. I felt she was very rude and didn't admit her mistake. I think she should be sorry to me. Admit her mistake and express sorry to...
