I just recently had to quit working here. The work ethic of this building is horrible. First off, I am 28 years old, I had applied to work full time. First and second week were good, got good pay. But then it hits the 3rd week in. They cut my hours practically down to, I wouldn't even call them part time hours. I was being scheduled to work only 1 day a week, for only 4-5 hours. My pay of $15.50/hour went to that of being paid as a high schooler when minimum wage was $7.25/hour. PLUS, the manager of the building does NOT care about your well being and safety whatsoever. On the day that a blizzard had come through Boston, the roads weren't touched or salted because the plows hadn't gotten to our area yet. I couldn't even get my car out of the driveway, let alone get the car to start. Plus, it took me an hour to get outside of the house because frost had formed inside the house on the door frame and snow had piled up to cover my entire door. I contacted my manager and said that I wouldn't be able to make it into work and she said "Just because there is a little snow doesn't mean you can't come into work, you have no excuse to not come into work." I sent her pictures and a video of what I was dealing with back home to prove my point of not being able to make it into work. She continued to say that it is not a viable excuse. So in a way she said that me coming into work is more important than my self being and safety, especially for driving in those conditions. So yeah, Little Caesars in Orchard Park, NY is not somewhere you want to work. Plus with how poorly they handle making their food, I had followed making the pizzas and everything else to the T with how I was shown in the training video, they don't wear gloves at all, they don't clean at all, and any ingredients that are dropped, I saw them put it on the pizza and just push it through the oven. And to add the cherry on top, the MANAGER just sits in the back on their phone while it's during the lunch and dinner rush. She even wrote me up for a verbal warning just because I did a task I was given without her knowledge. So people, from an ex-employee of Little Caesars, do not take my words lightly, this location of Little Caesars is not good at all, they barely care about their customers, and they definitely don't care about their employees.
Edit: I had forgotten to add this in while posting this review, any of the food that was expired, I was told to leave it in the box because the customers will still buy it. Just let...
Read moreI placed an order yesterday for 2 and a half hours later, I got there at 3:40, the pickup time was 345-3:50, I waited 10 minutes and walked in at 3:50 my order was still not done, 5 minutes later they put it in as done, I take it and think to check outside, wrong order. Had my name on it, had what it was supposed to be on the receipt, was the wrong order. And I'm not the only one. One woman came in for a pickup and she had to stop them after they gave her a normal pizza, because she'd ordered a deep dish, women after me, left her go to go back in because her order was wrong too. All the while there was a dash driver who's been waiting at least half an hour for the pickup and complaining about it. I told them to cancel my order at the counter, which they heard and tried to stop me saying my order was ready, it wasn't, before I called a support number and was told they would deal with the refund. I'm now waiting to see if they actually cancelled my order, or if they marked it as picked up or something and I need to call my bank.
My suggestion, I last visited 2 years ago, it's still a hard. Find a different place. Even if this is the closest location to you, do not go here. It's always...
