There is no way to reply so here is my reply to your inaccurate response.

My review was all factual. I was told to pickup my order at 9, which was 30 mins after I ordered. I ended up waiting 20 mins at your store. I did wait 50 mins for my order. If you cannot handle your orders, stop taking them. But please don’t justify your mistake / incompetence by being defensive and rude.

Mgmt did not try to talk to me. After waiting patiently, when my order was finally ready, I politely told your manager that I waited 50 mins for the order. Shen then gave me many excuses of being busy, with a lot of attitude. She was unapologetic. I didn’t argue. I quietly left.

You do a great job servicing your customers? In my case, all evidence to the contrary.

Update: i have recently gone back here and i must say the food and the service was much better.

Very Disappointed I ordered a simple sandwich here Pastrami on rye bread, with melted cheese and mustard. First i saw the clerk making my sandwich putting my bread in the toaster, i said i don't want toast. When i looked over there again he was pulling slices of bread out of the microwave. YUCH. when i asked why i was told "the bread was frozen, so i had to microwave it" YUCH, again. But i had to get back to work so i took the sandwich he had already made. Why are they serving old frozen bread? I would have been nice if i was told the bread was frozen and offered a fresh option, instead of the clerk deciding it was ok to microwave my bread. My sandwich came with a side salad, but NO fork to eat it with, no napkins and when i got to where i was eating my sandwich, naturally the crust was rubber, middle was soggy and he forgot...

I took my family here for the first time today. When they say "Not just Bagels" They mean it. The choices for Breakfast, lunch and dinner are limitless, but what's most important is the quality. the shrimp salad is made with whole Jumbo shrimp, the Lobster bisque was excellent. I had a grilled chicken panini with Fresh Mozzarella and Roasted Red peppers YUM!! My daughter had an Acei bowl and a everything bagel with FRESH Lox and cream cheese. Now, I know these items are not unique, but the freshness and quality is off the charts. That's just the tip of the iceberg, so many things to choose from, oh, did I mention cookies and desert, it's crazy.
