Cons: Delivery mistakes; misleading menu items.

When I ordered from here, I was hopeful. I had been really wanting a good gyro and was hoping this would be the place for it. The prices were kinda high, but I hoped that just meant better food; after all who would pay high prices for crappy food?

Got my order and tipped decently, since they came on time and the delivery guy was cool. When I got inside, my 'gyro platter with waffle fries' was a container of gyro meat, a pita and regular fries. No white sauce, no other parts to the 'gyro', no waffle fries. Anyone who's had a real gyro knows the difference between what I just described and the real thing.

I also got some garlic knots from someone else's order that was mixed up with my own. Being a nice person, I called in and let them know I had part of someone else's order and the delivery guy came back to get them. When I asked, he had no idea what came with a gyro platter, so couldn't help me as far as if what I got was all I was supposed to get or not; I'm still thinking something got forgotten during the mix up, or the person who's knots I was given would be getting part of my order... or maybe someone else would.

I have to rate them pretty low purely because with the combination of high cost, mixed up orders and a somewhat lackluster delivery of what I ordered, combined with receiving something that seemed to be missing about half of it, I didn't really enjoy the experience. This can be easily fixed though by just double checking the orders and making it plain what comes with an order in their menu system online.

As far as the food, the gyro meat was tasty enough, and salads look good. It's just kinda painful knowing how great a gyro they could have delivered if they had put it...

I dine here and cater parties . The staff is appreciative and accommodating. My catering orders are delicious they get it right everytime with special requests for dietary needs . I love this place consistent and they care and treat you right. Can’t wait for the next party. Ps for Mother’s Day I ordered eggplant parm which is breaded and skinned delicious incredible ,chicken francese my company loved, rigatoni Christina out of this world and the salad for the party was the best I ever had with several types of letter and several items in it making it colorful and tasty . Josh took my order on the phone and executed our needs to perfection . I’m sad my company ate so much of their food cuz I was hoping for left overs but the company ate all of caldas food🤣😆 Thank you again your food was once again 10 out...

I must begin with ordering for a birthday celebration for my husbands 80th birthday and the very pleasant manager who helped me order, he was honest because he felt I ordered too much food for the amount of people attending so I scaled back and he was right. I ordered several entrees and chicken fingers which got rave reviews . One guest said the eggplant rollatini was the best she ever had!!!!! Every choice I made was complimented as being delicious even the chicken fingers which I ordered for the children were a hit with the adults. Thank you Calda Massapequa for helping make this event...
