Taco Joes — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Terrible service! Where do I even start? I ordered a salad for which the guy skimped out on the toppings so I asked for them on the side. As he was gathering my toppings on the side, he insulted me in Spanish and used a word that is too filthy to repeat. His co-worker (very light blonde haired lady) also spoke Spanish and chuckled as the worker (guy) cursed us out. As I complained, about the workers explicit language, that same guy’s co-worker insisted that the word that man used was not an insult. I then complained to the manager, whom didn’t care one bit! She simply ignored it and uttered “What now?!” I sat down and started to eat my bland, cold food, that blonde lady was chuckling and talking to her co-workers about me. Very displeased, I do not recommend going here as the staff is very rude and disrespectful. They treat their job just like an assembly line. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS,...

I live almost walking distance, many locals waited a long time for this place to open and when it did I couldn't be more disappointed. I really love Taco salads and nachos. But if I wanted melted cheese sauce I could go to 7-11. Nachos are supposed to have shredded fresh cheddar and or a combo of other cheeses like Monterey Jack drizzled all over the top of the other ingredients then put under the broiler momentarily to melt it then serve. I wasn't expecting ladles of melted cheese sauce poured all over the nachos which also makes the chips so soggy. They are over priced and soooo under deliver. I have tried a few things on the menu to give them another chance outside of nachos but wasn't impressed. I can go to Taco Bell and get Nachos Bellgrande for 1/4 of the price and 1/10 of the wait time if I want cheese sauce. Actually I'd choose taco Bell over this place...

Try it once out of the blue with my friend!! It was good!! So we went again around 9:15 pm!!! Everyone was cleaning and a lady that had gloves on from cleaning!?! Came straight to help us with the order?!?! And was very sick and coughing on her arm!!! Then she made my food and I went on to pay the manager was taking about her skin and how she burn her arm and was picking at it?!?! WTH?!?!?! Then my friend told me his not going to order here cause he just saw the old lady cough on her back hand!?!?! So I told the manager and she made another person that was cleaning make my food with new gloves on!!! Then he was going to order and the old lady again has not changed gloves and started to help him and he was disgusted at this point?!?! WTH?!?! He told the same manager and she didn't even tell her to change her gloves!! They all to busy cleaning and trying...
