Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I like to start this reveal by prefacing that I have been coming to this particular Chuck E. Cheese since my now 17-year-old daughter was about six or seven years old. We would come to this establishment maybe once a month once every two months but I now have a four year-old son, and we come to Chuck E. Cheese in Hicksville at least twice a week at minimum! Maurice and his staff, Matt, yamie, jack… they are always providing impeccable. Customer service With Smiles that are always so welcoming, we go there so much that they know our names now and instead of a quick hello it’s now with a hug! We love coming here. The best part about this place is that it not only entertains the children, but I always ALWAYS have a great time with my son playing ALL THE GAMES, from the toddler ones to the halo games that I love playing & my four-year-old loves playing now… To the physical games like ski ball and basketball! This establishment is always so pristine and clean. The food is absolutely amazing my mouth waters over the pizza, the unicorn churros, I have to say that Maurice and his team have made a complete 180 of what this Chuck E. Cheese used to be to what it is today! I would give Maurice and his team 100 stars if I could! And of course, Himself Mr cheese… my son is one of his biggest fans. I’m sure he doesn’t realize he’s a rat lolol but I don’t care and obviously my son doesn’t either lol but Chuck e always come out every time we are there sometimes twice & he’s always dancing and interacting with the kids, taking pictures, giving hugs the birthday kids always feel so special and every time we’re there he always takes a picture with my son no matter how many times he’s done it in that one week, I can’t speak highly enough about this place! Not only is it cost-efficient and a great place to bring your kids for honestly just a few dollars an hour or two for complete and utter fun but it’s just great for the family. I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese Hicksville to anyone that has children and is young at heart! We will continue to come here twice a week at minimum, in fact, we were just there on Sunday and I already plan to go back on Wednesday! They never disappoint. My visit to this chuck E. Cheese was a bad experience for me and my kids. We had so much fun until it was time to go. My son couldn't find is phone. We asked the employees at the front desk if anyone reported a missing phone, they told us no. So we started tracking the phone, come to find out it had left the premises. I called this phone about 20 times no one picked up. Finally I sent an important message on the phone to let them know the cops is coming and the cops are tracking the phone then when I called someone coincidentally picked up the phone. I said hello this is my son phone can I have it back the person said hello hello and hung up the phone I called back they picked up I said hello I need my son's phone please then the person said Hey it's here at Chuck E cheese so I kindly went back to Chuck E cheese and I accidentally manager I kindly said to the manager Hey my son's phone was missing I kindly tried to explain to her what happened and she wouldn't even let me explain and aggressively started yelling at me. I always bring kids that establish because we love it there and I always recommend friends and family members to go there. But never again will this place get me to spend my money...

I’m standing here currently at the Hicksville location. Worst experience I’ve had. Literally came in to play games and leave quickly. Went to first game worked fine. Second game not working, third game not working no big deal but shortly after I go to two other games and again not working. I speak to the host about a game tech and she on her phone FaceTiming someone. Finally get her attention and she calls game tech doesn’t appear. I go again and again to get the game tech to come and no response. Finally after 25 mins he shows up when I’m ready to leave. Apparently Howard he was on break. So no game tech on a holiday break available. I ask to speak to manager and I was ignored in the front. Finally the manager appears from the back 15 mins a Later. Melanie the manager said it’s busy and she can’t do anything to help the situation. No regards to customer service or apologetic whatsoever. I understand it’s busy but the way everything was handled was so unprofessional. I will not be returning to an establishment that disregards its patreons. My business will be taken somewhere else that takes action and respects someone hard...
