Not as perfect as Westbury but a good contender. They have gotten my orders at the counter wrong and when I have said something they fix it. That's all I can ask for. Any place that at least is willing to fix mistakes is OK in my book. Furthermore I had been going here just more often than the other location so I would already expect a higher chance for mistakes here.
Let me also give a response to another review that gave 0 stars because she got a piece of chicken (to me this implies it's a piece of chicken that got into the meal in error) in a vegetarian dish. Understandably upset, she states she went to the counter to complain, to which the cashier advised that they can remake the order or refund the money. She then proceeds to complain in the review that they don't care about ones religious beliefs.
Honestly, lady, are you completely mad and insane? You complain cause your order is wrong with the mental image that it would have been an honest mistake, the cashier offers to do the only two things they can do - remake your vegetarian power bowl or refund you money, and you're still complaining? You're eating at an establishment that produces meat and non-meat meals side by side. If they didn't offer anything and told you to get lost I would understand but they literally offered to make it right.

I remember when they got sued a couple of years back and I was like damn, I hope the accuser loses. In regards to this specific location in Hicksville (Broadway): Seating is plentiful, and I've had excellent customer service from the kids who take your order, especially the hispanic dude who looks like he is in high school (I apologize that I don't remember his name). That guy is always cordial when taking your order and a consummate professional, so mad respect.
