Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This location has really gone downhill! I won't set foot in the place, and I used to stop by about once a week, usually on weekend mornings. The woman behind the counter, who was always so efficient, has become a regular "chatty Cathy", so busy talking to her friends that the rest of the line of customers become impatient. And no one else working the counter seems to know what they are doing. The other day when I went in, there were three other customers. Two of the customers, a man and a woman, engaged in a long conversation with "Cathy". The third customer was a woman holding a credit card. The young man behind the counter, a guy I had not seen before, asked me for my order. He started to prepare my coffee when the woman with the credit card saud "I have everything I ordered, but isn't anyone going to take my money?" So the guy stops preparing my coffee to finish ringing uo her $97 order. Then, instead of finishing my order, he asks the person behind me, who had just walked in, if he could take their order! With all the other locations for DD on Hempstead Turnpike, why would I ever go back...

The customer service here is horrible with rude Indian lady who worked the morning shift on 8/31/25. With only one customer in the store when my husband walked in with my daughter and stood in line. He waited for the lady to call him next only she never did. When another male customer walked him behind my husband, she greeted the other man right away and signal for him to approach and asked his order. Completely ignoring my husband as if he wasn’t there at all. He simply left aware of the disrespect. Seemingly, the manager or her colleague realized her dismissive action towards my husband quickly apologized to him. As thoughtful as his actions were doesn’t make up for the lady’s lack of respect. Clearly, this Indian lady has an issue serving blacks or even acknowledging their presence. Ironically, my biracial couple friend had the same experience with her another occasion when they both walked in together but she addressed the white husband when she was closer to the cashier. Completely unacceptable. To the manager, please speak with your employee or have her work the kitchen to avoid...

Disgusting went today 09/18 in the morning 🤮… think the Indian lady was a newer employee because upon entering I was telling her how I want the coffee and she couldn’t hear right because I repeated like 5 times … come to find out she didn’t listen at all because they got the coffee all wrong whatever - then I’m just watching her make the sandwich and when I’m on the road and take a bite the egg is cold !!!!! I immediately stopped eating and threw the whole order away to prevent from getting sick . I already knew what to expect. Please train this lady more she’s going to get someone real sick!!!! The other shorter lady seemed to know what she was doing but the other newer one needs...
