Nice location. Pretty big, with plenty of table to sit at. Clean store. Adequate number of employees. I experienced quick service. Coffee was hot and doughnuts were fresh. Plenty of parking in the free lot out front. Very relaxed atmosphere inside. CVS right next door.

The Best local Dunkin Donuts, and I've been to them all. Clean store. Consistent cup of coffee. I wish all DND franchises were like this one. Check it out if you can, you'll see the difference. Very friendly and kind staff.

Don't understand how they ALWAYS get orders WRONG! Noone in the store come in order ONE coffe large light with cream and it's ALWAYS WRONG it has milk and sugar those words were never uttered from my mouth it doesn't happen once in awhile most of the time it's wrong. I can walk to this location but now drive to the Dunkin Donuts on Hicksville Road in Massapequa and guess what they get it right every time. It's not that difficult large coffee...

Tables are always filthy and floors are stikcy and gross, no matter what time of day. Today, I went in I asked a question about a munchkin for my kid before ordering. Their munchkins are usually stale anyway but we went bc we were right there. We were the only patrons in the store... the woman was sooo rude and nasty. Totally inappropriate and uncalled for. Staff is always friendly, and always fast. Never in a bad mood, no matter what time of day I go in. They also have a habit of throwing in an extra munchkin or two when my kids are with me.
