East Eats — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Let’s start off by saying we WERE a loyal customer. Absolutely horrible customer service. My business orders from them all the time multiple times a week. We ordered 2 soups today. They gave us the wrong ones so I called and stated they are the wrong ones if they can please bring the right ones since I paid for it as well as paying a delivery fee even though we are only 9 minutes away from them. The man that answered the phone was disgraceful. Very rude and a horrible business man. Also if you don’t give them a tip the second they walk in they ask for a tip before they even hand you your food. My business will never be ordering...

Ordered off their website and was told 35 minutes for delivery but they would call first for payment. After 35 minutes and no call, I called them. They said they hadn't processed my order yet and delivery would be about 20 minutes later. They did not arrive for at least 45 minutes, it might have actually been longer. The food was okay. The chicken didn't have a ton of flavor, but was not bad. My lo mein was good. My wife's pork fried rice was very bland as well, she needed to use a bunch of sauce with it. Decided to take a chance on this new spot and it payed off! My mom loved her hot and sour soup. It tasted just right and had lots of tofu etc. she was saying mmm with a big ol smile on her face. I had the sesame chicken and it was so tender. Cooked fresh.. no chewy, tough bits that I absolutely hate. The scallion pancakes were not overdone, nor were they greasy.
