Papa’s Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I visited papas pizza a few months ago when I was visiting my parents in New York and man this place was so good. So this week my parents were visiting me in Texas and I asked them to bring some stuff from papas back to Texas for me. Man it was so good. I called a few days earlier and spoke to the owner Orlando and he was very nice. I told him my parents would be packing the food to bring it on a plane for me and he had everything ready nice and packed up for them. He even called me and explained to myself and my parents how to keep it Fresh since they were flying out the next day!! And boy it was still soo fresh. The food was a hit for all my friends in Austin Texas as I always brag about NYC pizza and pizzeria food. We had Buffalo chicken rolls, sausage and pepper rolls, chicken rolls, pepperoni pinwheels and spinach pinwheels , oh and the rice balls. They were gone within minutes of me reheating them. My department actually spent about a year trying every single pizza place in Farmingdale. We found some good, we found some bad, we found some disgusting, and Lenny was number 1... So far ahead of the competition. They were a 10/10, amazing regular cheese pizza. The standard. One Bite. Everybody knows the rules.

I found out yesterday ordering our pie that Lenny's Pizza Time has changed owners. It's not the same, it's not as good anymore, It's not the same guy who said he's been "making pizza's for 30 years, I'm the Lenny behind Lenny". This pizza was soggy, greasy, too big to fit in the box, and sloppy all around.

A titan of Farmingdale Pizza has fallen. We actually studied and found you as the best pizza in Farmindale..... I beg you to find the Lenny behind Lenny again, and learn from the best.

BRING BACK THE CRISPY...

One of the best slices of Sicilian I have ever had… I was doing a delivery, was greeted professionally and they actually cared about the customer, they were out of a drink and attempted to call multiple times… how’s that for service. I walked out of the place and I get a call that I received a positive review. They didn’t have to go out of their way for me at all. In conclusion, the place didn’t even charge me for the slice. Was completely mind blown. Don’t just go to this place for the food, go for the kind service they provide, which is hard to find nowadays… keep it up...
