I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Italian restaurant that left me absolutely blown away.
The menu was extensive and offered a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes, as well as some unique twists on classic favorites. We shared the Pappardelle Alla Bolognese which was the best we ever had and cooked to perfection. We added a side dish of meatballs, which again was perfection- no additives, no bread crumbs- just marvelous veal.
Then we consumed the Margherita pizza. Elvis, the co-owner with his wife Gabriella, explained about the special dough, cheese and tomatoes, as well as other ingredients that made it so special. Such a crispy crust, with no flop- can't beat it.
But what really set this restaurant apart was the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Every dish was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that were expertly prepared and presented beautifully. The flavors were bold and authentic, and each bite was a true delight.
To top it all off, Elvis and Gabriella are all over the restaurant taking orders, explaining and shmoozing with the customers...making sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Italian restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back and try more of their...

Every dish is prepared with love, the freshest ingredients, and authenticity. The unique pastas are cooked beautifully al dente and are delicious- from the chocolate pasta with white veal ragu, to the bucatini with lemon sauce, and the simple but tasty pink sauce. Each has it's own unique style and flavor. Our favorite is to start with the bursting with flavor artichokes or eggplant and enjoy a bottle of wine, then make our way through our pastas or pizza. You'll love your dining experience at Flora's, and the hosts and servers make you feel like you're a regular who's been missed each time...

Definitely worth the price and are very filling, and I highly recommend trying them out. However, I ordered a soup recently and although it was seasoned beautifully, it was in no way worth what I spent. $13 for a small pint of vegetable soup with what I'm sure are just goya beans...I mean no offense to the restaurant, and the service was exceptional, but I will never pay that again. Hopefully they decide to drop the price on the soup, and I'll consider ordering...
