FUJI SUSHI — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

First time visiting this new sushi spot in Oyster Bay shortly after their grand opening.

Ordered two special rolls and a normal roll total came to $40 with a drink. Price is on par with other sushi spots around the area.

The fish tasted fresh and of good quality. Sides of crunch, spicy mayo, soy sauce etc were included as requested. Food was prepared quickly and customer service was very good. Menu was a little difficult to navigate and seemed a bit cluttered but had plenty of options.

My concern was with the packaging of the rolls. The chef crammed all three into a single tray. Most sushi places I’ve been to separate specialty rolls as they can be difficult to identify. Also, people with food allergies / sensitivities wont have to worry about cross contamination.

Overall it’s a good spot and wishing this business lots of luck moving forward. They have a few small things they can improve on and once they do they’ll earn a full 5 ⭐️

I ordered two lunch specials: the “Any Two Rolls” and a Bento Box with chicken teriyaki. You may choose a miso soup or a salad. For the rolls, I chose the cucumber roll and the sweet potato roll. Both came with miso soup, which was delicious.

The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. They have a few tables inside if you’d like to dine in. The food was well-packaged with plenty of napkins, utensils, and chopsticks.

I brought my meal to the nearby beach to enjoy it, and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Fuji Sushi and will definitely be coming back to try more...

What a surprise. Hole in the wall place. Ordered in a hurry but the menu has some awesome creations. Highly recommend snagging a few appetizers, jalapeño bombs are amazing. Only spent $50 got 2 apps, a salad (spicy seaweed kani) and 2 rolls. They gave me an extra for free! Will give the menu a better look next time I come. Ate it too quick to...
