I rarely leave low-star reviews, but this place could really use some changes, whether it's new staff or a reworking of their processes. When we arrived, there was only one other person waiting, but they still had to wait a while for their order. We experienced the same delay, despite there being three or four staff members. In fact, my wife had time to use the bathroom, and I was able to return to the car for something I forgot, all while waiting for our food.

Unfortunately, the sweet potato crust on both our hotdogs were badly burnt, and they forgot to add ketchup to my wife's order. Sweet potato isn't meant to ever be that dark even if roasted. Unlike meat, burned parts on sweet potato just taste bitter. To add, my churro dog was just sweet potato, sugar, and cinnamon—not much else going on. I wouldn't consider that a churro. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. My wife couldn’t even...

Visited on the Grand Opening which is not necessarily the best representation of a restaurant - so there's room for improvement. The small location had more customers than it could handle; but they were trying. The cashier missed an element of my order; however they made right and adjusted it at the end. The wait was long; but it was expected due to it being so fresh and new - as well as the plethora of orders that were being waited on. Food was good - nothing special if you've already had the pleasure of indulging in this fad; but good nonetheless. I would've call it fast food as everything is made to order - I watched the staff chopping French fries in the back to make dogs as they came in. Not bad for...

Ordered popcorn chicken, fries, and taro boba and it took over a half hour despite being the first person there in line at the time. The woman who was working at the counter took multiple orders that came in after me and made their food and drinks while leaving mine on the counter for this time period. No sauce was put on the chicken and only one sauce was given on the side which was the wrong sauce. My partner and I ate the food anyways and both got sick and wound up having severe stomach issues for the rest of the night. Do not eat here if you do not want food poisoning and an absurdly...

don’t listen to the reviews! i’ve been to this location three different times & it’s always good! they only messed up my order once & i did order 20 min before close. the food is fire, the range of options is so good, the fried dumplings actually kinda good! for spicy lovers the hot cheeto kdog is the way to go. the food does take abt 10-15min to make once you order, but that’s because they make it when you arrive.
