I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jani, and I must say, the experience left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I placed my order to the moment it arrived at my doorstep, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. Disgusting is to good of a word, especially for delivery. The lady that took my order hardly spoke English, and falsely gave me the wrong info of what a food description was.I ordered a chow mein lunch special which was over dipped in some disgusting sauce which was suppose to come with noodles but they were to cheap to add it in and then lied to me about it. The Garden salad said it comes with ginger sauce but it looked like tomato sauce to me because I know what ginger sauce is and that did not taste nor look like on, the salad was also over dipped. the veggie roll tasted more like dirty over fried oil than an actually veggie roll and was burnt. basically $12.20 went to the dumpster because when I called to complain about my order I requested they come take the food back and not charge me but of course I was declined by the rude person in charge. There are far to many Chinese places in that area that I will gladly try out. Never ordering from this...

I went this evening to eat at this place. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The waiter was rude right away. He suggested the soup. I took one spoonful and always there up. It tastes focus. My friend had a few quick spoonfuls and agreed it was toxic tasting. We told the eaiyse. He got annoyed and looked angry and started to argue with us. We should have left but sadly didn't. The waiter then highly recommended a spicy chicken dinner and a spicey shrimp. Totally inedible! We got check and left cash for tip and credit card for Bill. Another person came back with Bill and cash was gone. When the waiter saw the bill he ran after us screaming he didn't get a tip. I explained the girl took the cash and my waiter got angrier and didn't believe me. Looking into making a formal complaint to health dept.
