Mary's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Their food is good.. I will give them that.. My issues are the screw "UP's" , when you call in an order... 6 months ago my husband and I ordered a family calzone and a loaded pie.. The calzone was RAW.. We called they were very helpful and acommidating. So We ordered again since multiple times no major issues.. Well tonight when we ordered we received the wrong order again.. OK it happens 6 months not bad.. My problem is that, yes as a customer you always ask would u like the wrong order back.. As to show good faith and no scam to the business.. However most say no and why?? NYS FOOD REGULATIONS.. Yes u BRING it back to show them however and not to be greedy and try to get a free meal.. When the business takes the wrong pie back from you n just brings it in the back to the kitchen??... That leaves a SOUR TASTE in my mouth... This food left and went into someone's home.. You do not know what is in anyone's home.. If you want the purchase back I understand however, what are you going to do with it.. Sell it as special slicles, or a new order to someone?? You made us a new pie our original order.. Which we are thankful for.. I'm just not sure I feel comfortable ordering anything other than special orders.. Who knows could be someone's wrong order...

Best best food and amazing service. I have had four parties in their party room also and I will definitely do more. The parties in the private room were outstanding. I did three of them buffet style and they were fantastic and did one sit down. The waitress was phenomenal. She didn’t even have to write anything down. She remembered everyone’s drink orders food orders and was so friendly. I had my sons first birthday in the party room. We had a clown and a face painter and they were so accommodating. The staff made sure I had enough room and cleared space for me and kept making sure all was going well. For my husband I had a 40th birthday with a comedian and same thing they worked around my schedule. Threw my mom a surprise 60th and they helped me set up my entire dessert bar/donut bar had lots and lots of props and the bus boy helped me carry everything in and assisted with set up. I really can’t say enough wonderful things. I also get take out from there and have never been disappointed. My parents and their friends are regulars in the dining room and...

Been going to Mary's for over 10 years my wife and kids always love going there. The people are always nice but last Saturday I went with my son everywhere else we wanted to go had over an hours wait so went to Mary's and there was no wait and not many people were there which brings me to why I'll never go back again their prices are so expensive now and probably why so empty I understand things go up and everywhere has but they went up more than everyone else and are taking so much advantage of this covid we are all dealing with, again I understand but pasta entrees that are upwards of $30 is ridiculous especially when they were very busy during the height of pandemic,Mary's is taking advantage and making more money now do to this pandemic but it will eventually hurt them when nobody continues to show up and go places you can get the same food just as good and save over $20, times are hard for everyone but why make it harder to go out and enjoy......Mary's lost...
