Ralph's Famous Italian Ices — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I'm a constant customer. I will no longer be visiting this Ralph's. An employee's boyfriend was sitting in his black pickup truck, halfway in the street with his reverse lights on. We beeped the horn so he knew we were coming. While passing I said "your reverse lights are on" then he stuck his head out the window screaming, trying to be a tough guy. Yelling and flipping each other off ensued. I then called the store and got the employee, his gf on the phone. She was nasty, and short and then would no longer speak to me and blaming us for his unsafe way of parking/reversing on a side street. On our street where we live and already have enough parking issues due to the ice place ( as well as the stop sign on that corner was also just replaced because someone knocked it down) There was no reason for any of it. His attitude or hers! This reflects on the ice shop in negative way and they have lost a long time, almost daily customer due to rude and arrogant people. Shame on them. I will be calling and speaking to the owner when I dont get hung up on....

Just pulled up to the Broadway n massapequa store at 10:35 pm and they are closed ! The young blond haired girl saw me get out of the car and she ran in the back ! When she thought I had left , she kinda came out from back but the second she saw I was still there behind the wall she went ! Lol I had to go to a different Ralph's ( went to one in Levittown ) as I sit here at 11:06 pm they are still open, and nice as anything ! . Horrible service , teenage girl ( the only red head there )openly tried to flirt with my boyfriend after we were being served by another person . Didn’t even take our original order and proceeded to ignore me when I was at the window. Didn’t seemed fazed by him ignoring her and walking away either , she then proceeded to watch him walk to parking lot and then smirked and made jokes with another girl about it.
