First thing I asked was what product they have that are gluten free, egg free and diary free. The lady said the water ice. I asked if all the flavors do not have diary, wheat and egg. She said yes. My son chose the chocolate ice. After a taste, he told me he had an allergy reaction. I went back to the lady to confirm there is no allergens mentioned in the ice, and I also asked what scoop did she use, if she used the scoop that was used for other thing. The first thing she said was, " you didn't tell me about the allergies. You didn't say you have allergies." I replied that is why I asked what product do not have the three allergens I mentioned. She again said I never told her to use the allergy scoop. She later went to check the ingredients of the water ice and said some of them do contain eggs!
