Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

The reason why a 3 stars. I watched 2 very confused young men (both curly black hair, 1 with glasses and 1 without. Both wearing black tshirts). The taller one with glasses, drops a cup on the floor. The other curly haired no glasses, picks it up, puts it back on the counter. In my own personal opinion, it should have been tossed in the garbage. The cup was filled with an order after 6:45pm for a customer named Antonio who also received a food order. These 2 young man looked uncomfortable and unsure of themselves, I'm going to say they were very knew.

They do not throughly washout the blenders or cups before making another drink. It appears they all need guidance, not sure if there was a management member in the building. People were waiting more then 20 minutes for their orders, they were there before me. I waited over 25 minutes. They were busy but you have 6 people there making drinks.

Please guide your staff better, hold their hand if necessary for a short while. Ask, if they feel comfortable, you can see the struggles.

First time at this location, last time at this location....

Drink is good, but the waiters seem like indifferent to serve me. I called many times on the reception before someone who looked like a Mexican came to the front desk slowly. Seems like impatiently. I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or because they’re being lazy. But the last time I came to the store to order, the waiters were very enthusiastic and at least showed some basic respect for the customers. I think this store has been changed a group of waiters. I think Starbucks company should fire the current workers or give them warn. I don’t want to see any waiters put their emotions into their work anymore. Went to this location on September 7th and can’t stop talking about the wonderful employees. Sophia is super friendly taking my order. Adam and Eliot makes the best drinks.

My drink is a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and the 2 previous orders from different locations has been disgusting. But Adam made my drink so delicious that I had to stop myself from drinking the entire thing while waiting for my husband’s drink.
