I placed an order earlier today for pickup and the order was not ready when I arrived. When I talked to the lady behind the counter, she told me that she hasn't received any orders yet.
I showed her my app with the order and the app and ask her if should could make the order. She says that she couldn't because it was not in the system. I tried calling to store through the app and it ringed the phone at the store. I double check the location to see if it was my mistake but I was a the right store.
She then tells me to re-send the order. Which doesn't make sense... since she didn't received the first order in the first place. I don't think that would've helped the case.
I tried to be cordial and all. But, there should a manager at the store who could deal with this type of situation.
The lady behind the counter was not helpful at all. It was hard to communicate with her. This incident happened on Monday morning. I also attached a screenshot of my order. Hopefully, this incident does not happen again. I ended it up leaving without the order.

He said no because he was still going to make the same amount of money. That made me feel uncomfortable to start. Then he lost his mind when he saw I had a coupon for a 6 inch sub for $2.99. I got it because I signed up for coupons and updates.
