I just enjoyed a delicious coffee and a freshly baked, out-of-this world croissant from the new Skylight Kitchen at 209 Wolfs Ln. in the Village of Pelham! I love the modern and cozy interior. This is an unsolicited review. While I have not sampled most of the small but varied menu, what I did try was superb. Although not inexpensive, the blueberry muffin was as close to perfect as you can get. Real fruit and not overly sugared. Neither crumbly nor soggy. I will surely return to...
