We will not be coming back anytime soon. Ordered a Stuffed Veal Chop. I was so undecided if I should order since it was $41.00 but decided to have. Well when the bill came they charged me $49.95 which I was shocked not sure if any of the other items were correctly priced but the chop caught my eye since I remembered that the price at $41.00 really made me think if I wanted it. I brought the price to the attention of our waiter and he took the bill went back out recharged and said that the IT person worked in the system earlier in the day and must have made a mistake. Of course the excuse left a bad taste in my mouth. They should have done better than just give me an excuse. Wish I would have asked for a menu and check the cost of my husband’s but it didn’t cross my mind to check at that time. The wait staff is excellent the food was okay. Definitely will not be returning and also advising my friends and family if our latest bad experience. This has not been the first bad experience but we decided to try again but...
Read moreWe just had our granddaughters communion lunch here for -70 people. Not only was food excellent, as always, it was the service that was outstanding. From the preparation of the menu, to supporting with organizing the room layout and to receiving all our vendors, Andy and Eugene were hands on in making the event flow seamlessly. Throughout the event Andy was hyper attentive to making sure that things were going well and Eugene made sure that we had anything we needed (even if unplanned on not on the agreed upon menu). We come here often for dinner because we love the food and having this event here was icing on the cake in solidifying Villagio as a family favorite. Special shout out to their recommendation on the bakery for the cookie trays and cakes - people went gaga for the traditional Napoleon cake. All that is to say that this place is a family run business who knows how to treat their guests like...
Read moreMy wife and I met with two friends for lunch. Parking in the area is metered so I put enough quarters in the meter for 2 hours. This was my first time at the restaurant and found the place to be very inviting with a warm welcome as we were directed to a table for 4 near the windows. The masked waitor was very cordial and quickly took our orders for wine. I sipped a pinot noir which was very enjoyable. For lunch I had a margarita pizza, my wife ordered fried calamari as an appetizer and chicken francese as her main course. The pizza was very hot, crispy and tasty - I was able to fit just half and took the rest home. The calamari was also crispy, flavorful and bountiful. My wife found her 'petti di pollo' francese served with green beans and white rice wonderfully flavorful. The bathroom is very clean. Our parting espressos were exactly what we expected in taste and hardiness. We will...
