Flaherty's Three Flags Inn — Webster — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

My friend from work recommended the Flaherty Chicken French. Which was amazing! Our server on the other hand not so much. We were a party of 5. She didn't engage with us. I had to flag her down 3 times for drinks, refills and to take our dinner order. My friend and I ordered the chicken with a bake potatoes on the side. Another ordered a Kids Cheeseburger with smiley fries. Another ordered breaded fish fry and another ordered The Combo Platter. The cheeseburger came with no cheese and no condiments. I was sitting next to my friend when she ordered and she definitely asked for the cheeseburger. The waitress told her she ordered a hamburger. Besides the fact it was served cold. The waitress appeared to be put out that she requested a slice of cheese and ketchup and later mustard from the busser working. Then the chicken french and baked potatoes came. With no side of sour cream. We had to ask for it and she said I didn't say I wanted it. My question is has something changed in the restaurant business that sour cream doesn't automatically come? She didn't ask if I wanted sour cream either. Again she was very put out with my request for it. And oh the horror when we asked for separate checks. I am a very good tipper usually over 20 percent but on my $23 bill I threw down $2. Someone added an extra dollar. I'm pretty sure each of us reduced the normal tip they would've paid. So she cheated herself with her rudeness to us. I expected better service...

I'm so disappointed! 1st time here a month ago, food (wraps) were delicious. Onion rings were drenched in oil but otherwise a great meal! It went downhill from there. 2nd time wraps were ok but again fries and onion rings were soaked in oil. Onion rings ($3 uncharge) were all bread, no Onion. 3rd time we actually went inside to eat and overall weren't impressed. Server was absent the whole meal, food was lackluster and dirty dishes and glasses were present on other tables the whole meal (not one person came out to clean tables). Service was slow and atmosphere was glume. 4th time was tonight. My wraps was the WORST thing I have tasted in a long time. Chicken was mealy and grizzly and honestly I think, old. Wrap was missing half the ingredients and side was way too seasoned. I tossed about 80% of the wrap. My husband's wrap was decent but luckily the nice fresh taste that used to be present. To top it off, I had to run to the bathroom with massive stomach upset within minutes of picking through the meal. This usually happens when I get old or uncooked food. I never have issues otherwise. Honestly, not sure what had happened but this will no longer be my first choice for...

We have eaten at this place in the past. It was never spectacular but decent. But this last time was a terrible experience. We were seated and waited about 20 minutes for our waitress to appear. She put 2 pitchers of water on our table with glasses and didn't serve us our water. From the moment we sat down and throughout the whole meal she had a crabby "put out' look on her face. She was not pleasant or attentive. She never bothered to address that we had a child and ask if she needed a child cup or crayons, rarely checked on us and we had to get up multiple times to find someone get drinks, napkins, rolls, etc, She she messed up our checks and more. The chairs are old, rickety and dirty. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was down. The place needed a good cleaning and somee updating. It was extremely loud. The prices were double what they use to be and overly priced. My steak was like shoe leather, rolls like rocks, soup burnt and stale. Other family members found their to be small in portion or not tasting good. This was such a terrible disappointing experience that my family and whe used to frequent this restaurant will not eat here anymore. Very...
