Worst experience ever. Rick from the Empire location designed and ordered the kitchen. He quickly handed the order to the store manager "when he realized how screwed up his ordering was." John who has done nothing but over promise and under deliver. I ordered a custom kitchen and months later I am still waiting for it. Meanwhile my counter tops cant even be measured because we are still waiting for 1 cabinet months later. The cabinets came in and several were missing. Next truck, a couple more showed up. Next truck, a couple of more. Then we put it together and found out that the designer didn't include any doors in my base cabintes. So now I cant put my pots and pans in my kitchen. They are in a closet, I have 32 drawers for silverware though. They didn't order enough fillers. I ordered glass doors that didn't come in. So they ordered them after. The doors left a 3/4" gap between. Then they sent me hinges that would close the gap but didn't. I am stuck with a large gap that I can stick my pinky finger in between. All of the other upper doors are uniform with no gap. Then the wall oven was ordered 6" to big. So I would have had to order another wall oven or "settle" for 3" fillers on ea side. Now we are waiting to track a cabinet that has been on the road for 2 weeks and they have no clue where it is. They say they will "call me back" but unless I physically drive there, I never hear from them. I wouldn't suggest this company for anything. I didn't even say anything about the scratches and dents in several of the cabinets, I spent over 12k and it looks like I went to a used outlet. My experience has been unreal. After doing a google search and finding that the store hours listed are from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, we went to Grossman's looking for a shower, toilet, vanity and tiles to purchase that night. We arrived around 6:45 p.m.. We were greeted by three employees but never approached to see if we needed any assistance which is not my complaint. After being in the store for a few minutes (we were the only customers in the store), we heard an announcement over the loud speaker stating that they were closing. Why they couldn't walk up to us to ask if we needed help and to tell us that they were closing is unknown to me. I mentioned to the "manager" that the hours listed were until 8:30 which is why we chose to come that evening. His reply was rude, speaking to me like I was an idiot... informing me that google is not his "website"... FYI.... Google is not anyone's website... its a search engine! We purchased the Dura 12x14 hard top gazebo from the Webster store. The sales people were very nice, and gave us hints on putting the gazebo together. It was shipped in 3 boxes. Two were very heavy. My husband needed help getting them onto our deck.When we opened the boxes, right away we noticed that several items were broken and bent. After spending 3 hours counting parts we had 20 lines of items either missing or broken. I called the distributor in Canada and was told to go back to the store. Grossmens did get us another gazebo, but would not deliver it. So, back we go with our little trailer to get the new one. The boxes were in much better shape. We kept the old one, and sure enough, we had to swap out some parts. After about 12 hours with 3 people we finally got it together. It is very difficult to assemble and the assembly directions are not good. DO NOT buy this gazebo if you are looking for a place to get out of the sun on a warm sunny day.
