From start to finish, this was by far the worst sales experience I have ever had. Absolutely no communication as to when our bed would be in. It’s still not here and we purchased it 8/24/20. The guy who I purchased the bed from didn’t know 1 thing about mattresses and kept calling someone to ask questions which was fine but I should have known better right from the start that this was not going to be smooth. I have called and asked to speak with a manager or owner numerous times with no response back. As a sales manager myself, I am extremely disappointed on how un important I have been made to feel during the purchase of a $3500 dollar bed. They finally call us yesterday while chewing their food very loudly on the phone to tell us today that they would be delivering the mattress between 11-1. They gave me a 1 DAY LEAD TIME on trying to figure out how to get home when both my fiancé and I are at work. I will never recommend this store to anyone. The only negative thing I have to say is that they didn't have my first futon selection in stcok and it would have been close to a week wait for it to be delivered. I was in a unique situation of needing either a sleeper sofa or a futon immediately due to an emergency and can't fault them for that because I went with the next best option and my first color choice and got it delivered the next day. One of the slats busted not even an hour after it was delivered and assembled (I admitted that it might have been my fault with learning how to open the futon) and they came out in a couple of days to replace the seat frame. The saleswoman (initials ALO) was incredibly accomadating and put up with my "What If?" questions and understood what kind of situation I was in with needing it ASAP. I hope to not need them for a while, but I will be referring anyone looking for a new bed or futon to go see them...

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment our mattress got delivered, 5 STARS! Jim greeted my husband and I, asked what we were looking for along with our budget (guest bedroom, under $800), then gave us a quick run down of the store, its merchandise, and then gave us some privacy to test out the mattresses. There is not a ton of choices, but they do seem to have something for everyone and it made this shopping experience a quick and easy one. Jim was very personable and great to chat with, never did we feel pressured, just pure friendliness and helpfulness. I also needed the mattress delivered quite quickly which they were able to do.
