Worst breakfast ever. We had to wait long time for our breakfast but we saw how busy they were so we understood. When the food finally came thats when we got upset. I literally had to go to their counter 4 or 5 times. First breakfast and No coffees so i go ask for the coffees, go to my table and coffees had no creamer or sugar, go back to counter ask for creamer and sugar, when we tasted our coffee was warm, then when finally i think we can start eating, no fork or spoons to eat our breakfast, again go and ask for it, back to my table, finally when i open my breakfast no syrup or butter for the hot cakes, go and ask for syrup, when i finally start eating my breakfast then i remember they didnt give us no salt or pepper, eggs were so bland. I gave up and just ate it like that together with the sausage. So they just t put our breakfasts in a tray with nothing to eat it or season it, no jelly,butter ,syrup,napkins, salt,pepper,sugar or creamer. If you know you are going to take long time to give your customers their food because you are busy at least make it right or have the creamers, sugars, syrups, salt and pepper outside for self serve like in other restaurants. It took me longer to go so many times to the counter to ask for what was missing than the time to eat my breakfast and it wasnt worth the money we paid for it. I definitely wont go back here ever. Read moreConsistently incompetent. They don't listen to what you say and you have to repeat everything step by step. They seem stumped by simple things like a meal #. They will turn their back to the drive in window and you have to wait as they play on their phone. You are frequently told to pull forward or wait in a parking spot as they take forever to get an order. (By the way they have you move out of the drive in so they can close the order and then their service time metrics never show just how long it took). Then eventually someone comes outside and swings your bag through the window and gets away fast. The order will be missing something so you have to go in but the line is long because nobody is taking orders. When you finally get to say what is missing they ask "Is that all you want? Then they fill the full orders ahead of you rather than just giving you the missing item. Then they slap the bag on the counter, turn and run, they are only fast when they are avoiding interaction. 85% of orders are wrong when you get the bag, 95% of visits involve you correcting their mistake at time of order and every order is a mess, underfilled or poorly cooked. Read moreI wish I could leave negative stars. Literally the worst service I have ever received. The person who handed me my change didn't even look at me or say anything to me. And the kid who is handing out food needs to be fired. He literally just looked like he wanted to die and was glaring at me through the window the entire time. When he handed me my food with no napkins, the fries were literally thrown into the bag upside down and my fish sandwich wasn't in there. When I said something I got, yeah it's coming. In the rudest tone ever. And he practically threw it at me when it was done and slammed the window in my face. Meanwhile the manager is standing right behind him just allowing him to be super rude to people he is handing food to. I understand McDonald's is not an ideal job, I've worked at one before, but there is no reason to be nasty to the customers. We are literally the reason you are standing there being miserable.
