Burlington — Local services in Town of Penfield

My recent visit to Burlington Coat Factory left much to be desired. Despite the store's name, I was surprised to find a distinct lack of coats available for purchase. It seems the company has strayed from its roots, as the once-reliable source for outerwear now offers a limited selection, if any at all.

While the staff at the Webster, New York location were pleasant and helpful, their efforts couldn't make up for the underwhelming assortment of clothing options. The garments on display left much to be desired, with many appearing outdated or simply unappealing.

In essence, Burlington Coat Factory now resembles more of a high-end thrift store rather than the reputable retailer it once was. It's a shame to see a brand lose sight of its core offerings and fail to deliver on customer expectations. Chaotic!!! No where to rest soothes Is not a place for like elderly or anyone that takes the bus and has to be there awhile. Not a single thing organized! No help when you need it because mostly non English speaking citizens work there. It's like prison to use the bathroom. Very rude employee told me where it was and after I got all the way there almost peeing my pants, I had to walk all the way up front to find a rude worker to follow me back to the bathroom Because it's a coded door which they won't give you the code there. I were in the Burlington and there were a very cashier manager. She was very inappropriate in front of the customers and the way she talk to me I name is Nicole she says you’re different in manager for the cashiers. I want to follow this up because she don’t need to be working with Customer Service. She don’t need to be working or find a job somewhere else.
