Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Perinton

Placed an order Tuesday morning to pick up 36 bagels and 2 boxes of coffee between 7:15 and 7:30 am on Friday. I got there at 7:27am on Friday and was told that they were in the middle of preparing it. I stood there and waited for everything to be ready for 20+ minutes. By the time I got in my car, it was 7:51am. This order was for my coworkers. The company was providing breakfast before a meeting that began at 8am. Huge inconvenience. On top of this, I could overhear the Bruegger's employees complaining that my order used up most of their bagels. I placed my order 3 days in advance as a courtesy and they weren't even prepared for it. Sad. Will not...

This morning I must have been served by the cream cheese police task force. I asked for extra, heavy cream cheese on both halves of bagel. Guy said ok - that will be extra. No problem. I then watched him spread a paper thin layer, carefully scrubbing off any “extra” to only fill in the bagel pores. I wouldn’t normally complain about a petty thing like this, but after I once again asked to please go heavier on cream cheese, I was told that “this is what extra cream cheese looks like” and he outright refused to put any more on....

I called to order 2 dozen bagels and was told they'd be ready in 20 minutes. I drove to this store, bought the bagels and headed home. Once I got home, I saw that the bagels were burnt on the outside and doughy on the inside. This leads me to believe that they were frozen when I called. The staff must have rushed getting them baked. All they would have had to do to prevent this was to tell me that they'd be ready in a hour, in two hours, or what ever was necessary to give them the time needed to...
