DiBella's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Perinton

Overdue review. I don't get sub sandwiches often. For many many years when I get subs I go to DiBella's or at least up until now. It seems things have slipped there of late. I suppose staff shortages could be to blame but it doesn't seem worth it to me to keep trying. Of the last four or so times I've gone there three of my visits have proved unsatisfactory. Two of those times my orders were badly mixed up. Essentially the wrong stuff in the subs. I contacted the location and to their credit they did give me a credit for a replacement. Unfortunately that doesn't help when you get home and find the wrong sub and you don't feel like going back to the location for a replacement and who wants to have to open up a sub on the premises to check if it's correct. My last visit was back at the end of October. I ordered a Cheesesteak sub.This was my first time getting that sub. I think it may have been correct but it was so lacking in substance I would call it a bread sandwich. It reminded me of the low income sandwiches my mom made me for lunch in my childhood. One slice of baloney. I know they weigh the meat there so I suppose someone may have weighed it wrong or perhaps they are just cutting corners. Former employee was fired for bringing home 1 sub after being told by other crew members that you can bring subs home management is very poor training consisted of watching videos and no on the job 1 on 1 training some crew members were nice others would give attitude if you asked them a simple question like where something is when the Gm never gave a tour around the building the place has been found to have bugs in there subs and there new online process has caused nothing but complaints from customers all in all I do not recommend dibellas very average food and...

Ordered 3 subs. 6 people behind us got there orders 1st. Super slow service, cashier did not know how to ring up order (must be new, that is understandable) 1st was made correct. 2nd missing mayo and cheese. 3rd was supposed to be 14" buffalo chicken. I got a small on wrong bread. They remade it after Manager told them to. Still made wrong. It was missing blue cheese and from the time I ordered to when I got the almost correct sandwich it was 45 minutes. Nothing was offered to correct this other than a soft spoken sorry.
