Joe's Brooklyn Pizza Perinton — Restaurant in Town of Perinton

Thieves. Messed up an order. was supposed to get a refund, never happened. I called them three times about it, promises promises of a refund, never came. STAY AWAY! Also their customer service is HORRIBLE... they seriously don't care at all about their customers. When asking how to order something online their response "I have never done it so I don't know I guess you can't order that"... and you can't order over the phone so well too bad.

Update: this review was originally written around 1-2 years ago or so. Finally a response. The responses concern is about the name calling. When you steal someone's money it makes you a thief. So it isn't a name it is a an earned title. I don't even remember the mix up at this point but I believe something was shorted in the order and money was never returned for the difference. That is called stealing, and people that steal are called thieves. Reading other reviews I see the stores behaviour is pretty normal. To the owner: close this store the reviews on this store are shameful and give you entire chain a bad name. For good reason. Multiple people expecting refunds didn't get them, multiple messed up orders, rude manager and workers. I know it is Brooklyn style but it doesn't need...

I like the food hear. So they get four stares. But they do somethings at this location that aren’t good for business. Last time I was in (within the last month) I was there for there buy one get one sale. I bought less than the last time I was there at the bogo sale and it cost more by a few dollars. I talked to guy at the counter and he said it was because I paid for the slices I ordered for me and not my daughter. So instead of paying for one stuffed and one plain cheese I paid for two stuffed and got the cheeses for free. I can see that they charge for the most expensive and that does make sense but they should look at how some of the sales work out.

More importantly the past few times I was there someone is arguing with or yelling at somebody. This last time it was the delivery guy doing the yelling. Not only was he yelling but he was walking around in an undershirt tank top (wife beater) with a big shot attitude. I have tattoos and am always told to cover them up at work but this guy looked like a old high school desk in the detention room. Just pacing back and forth waiting for deliveries to get done not helping the...

Well this is the 5th time and I'm done. I am from Brooklyn and my wife is from Fairport. She refused to eat it after the third time. I went back on Derby day because she was out of town. I called 10 minutes before the derby started and they told me 30 minutes. I showed up after 45 minutes and they told me it would be another 15 minutes because they burnt all the pizza's. Well I left and told them to cancel the order. The first time I tried to order they told me it was an hour and I said forget it. Every time I ordered there I was kept waiting at least 15 minutes after it was promised. They make a big deal of saying let me check the pick up time and they are never close. The problem is they have a lot of people working there but no who knows how to make pizza. This was not a one not issue. I have ordered on every weekend night and weekdays. For once I agree with my wife no more pizza from Joe's. The shame is they are so close to my house I could walk there. If you want NY style Pizza in Fairport go to Pizza Chef in the Village it is better and much less expensive.Joe's charges a premium price but delivers ...
