Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Plattsburgh

I love Dunkin, I truly do. This spot happens to be one of my favorite. But at times, I get food that should be hot cold. Sometimes when I'm in the store, the majority of employees are very busy and that's understood, but in my day we balanced everything. While waiting on people, it's polite to tell the following customers that you apologize, it will be a minute to help you. Be mindful of time and if it goes over, just be courteous to the person you told already it would take a minute to help them to at least tell them I apologize for the wait just give me a couple minutes left and we'll get right back to you. Now I know today's day and age would look at this message and make fun of it and act like they're way too busy in order to do all that but again in my day we did it all and was very busy and still had customers very happy at the service that I or the rest of the crew provided. It's just not in today's people's jeans to multitask more than they have to and they right away feel that they are so underpaid yet want more to do less. So regardless of how much I do love Dunkin Donuts but I still have to address the issues that I Witness while I'm at any Dunkin' Donuts. It's also sad to know that you tell an employee a problem you had with their service a day or two ago and that's a certain topping wasn't put on what you ordered but paid for that type of order and they just look at you like, oh well order or keep it moving is how I see their attitude is. It's bad when they can't accommodate that price that I paid for a certain type of food that didn't come with a topping and it's more than the regular and they still make you pay without apologizing or even getting a manager to fix the problem. Whether or not this gets to a manager HR or corporate it's beyond me but I don't see anything getting done because it's too much...

Shameful that they no longer make donuts in each location like they used to. I went to get Maple creams Friday for my coworkers and they were out of donuts before 11am.

I will find a local bakery and NEVER set foot in Dunkin donuts again. Corporate scum like the rest of the big corporations. Don't pay decent wages and cut corners till the product is just garbage.

I don't eat this stuff but I do feed it to my coworkers and they only like the maple cream donuts.

Last time I went in the store the staff was in the back, a heavy set appears to be male saw me come in and walked to the back as I was standing there another woman came in and waited a couple of minutes and walked out, when this happened the young lady who was obviously on her break came in and took care of me while her co workers continued to hide in the back.

I recommend better management and maybe get rid of the rude heavy appears to be male.

I went through the drive through at this location. I ordered an xl coffee with 2 cream and 10 sugar and asked for it to be stirred. What I got was an Xl coffee with 10 cream and 2 sugars, not stirred. This has happened three times this week and I’m furious about it. Not only was my coffee wrong but it wasn’t stirred!! With coffee that has sugar in it, it should be an automatic thing to stir it, I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be stirred! I think I will in the future drive an extra 10- 15 minutes out of the way to a different location to get a coffee that I know will be correct. I am very upset about this because I spend a good amount of money on your food/drinks and they should be...
