These new staff members are rude and they do not read the instructions for the mobile orders at all. I've been going to this establishment for years and since recently it has been the worst when it comes to customer service and product quality. I mostly mobile order and now when I pick up my order it is not right but even I eventually have to go in and wait due to my late order and and when I do I get to see them make my drink and 10/10 x they have made it incorrectly-according to my choices , and today happened to be one of those days. My hot large macchiato was a cold macchiato, when I expressed this to a member rof the staff I was given an attitude immediately. As she was remaking my order (inconvenience, the whole point of my mobile order is so I can grab and go) it I saw she splashed 6 shots of flavor when I specifically asked for 2, I interjected, she then snapped at me saying it is the "standard", now im paying even closer attention she takes out the milk so I politely reminded her that it is oat milk because she is obviously not reading the instructions on my order, anyways, she exclaimed: " this is oat". Making sure my order was correct at this point was important so it might have seemed a but annoying but she was plain rude and disrectful- I tried to talk to her nicely saying that is not how u talk to customers especially when you are the one taht made the mistake In the first place, she insisted in talking over me and continued to be rude- I get that it is coffee and it sounds trivial but customer service is customer service. If you aren't able to follow instructions and have common courtesy towards customers, a cave or in the ocean job is will more suit behavior.

I was in a great mood until I sat and watched my latte sit before the expresso machine for 15 minutes while the staff giggled about their work place drama. Who's supposed to be working and who's got to cover because they called out. Blah blah blah so after watching the line 🙄 build from nobody to literally 15 people asking if they were out of coffee ☕️ because nobody behind the counter was doing anything else, I finally gave up because ten people who came in placed orders after me and got their stuff before me. I jumped back on line to ask for a refund and was asked if I was back for more 😆 lol. I replied NO I NEVER EVEN GOT WHAT I ORDERED THEN SHE SAID I THOUGHT SOMEONE ELSE FINISHED IT. Read moreThe service seems to be always be super slow here, and maybe they’re just understaffed. But, if you’re going to do a mobile order, I would order at least 5 minutes ahead of what you’d normally do.
I also find that if I get food with my order it’s almost always not on the pickup shelf with my drink, and then the employees seem to avoid eye contact with you while you’re waiting by the counter for the rest of your order lol (which honestly I get, some people can be nasty).
Usually after a while someone will come over and ask what I’m waiting for and at that point I basically have to re-order my food.
There’s definitely better Dunkins in the area, but if you live in PV this is the most convenient location, so it’s kind of a bummer that going here is usually more of a production than it needs to be.
