McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Pleasant Valley

I just wanted to reach out as I had an amazing interaction with one of your employees as I used the drive through to order 2 large diet cokes. There was an older gentleman working the first window taking payment, unfortunately I didnt catch his name though. my mother also frequently drive-through and has mentioned this man before and has expressed how friendly and welcoming he is. In the brief encounter I had with him he was so pleasant to speak with but also very professional and seem like a very hard worker. It was truly a wonderful experience and Im glad I cross paths with him. It honestly made my day. Im not sure who will get this message, but I believe that man really deserves some recognition for the kindness. He exhibits to others in the short time he has with them. Stopped going for awhile. Asked for a burger with no pickles at the drive thru. They messed it up and gave me an attitude when I asked them to wipe down the cup dripping soda all over the place. Drove about a minute and realized I had the wrong burger. Went back inside, and got given another burger. Again, Wrong. But while there I watched the two children in the back area have a gaarbage fight while making food. I decided I wouldnt go back. Today, I needed something very quick, and ordered a large coke and a sandwich. Get to the window, and they hand me a medium. "Oh, didnt anyone tell you we are out. at 0700 am, out of cups". I ordered a double plain cheeseburger on the mobile app and they sent it without cheese. I sent it back and they sent me the same sandwich. I had to get out of my car to tell the manager about the mistake they made. The man on duty told me that was what I ordered. I had to explain to the little children what my order was. So the other female manager finally gave me the sandwich with only one because it seems that the people in the kitchen didn't take the trouble to add 2 cheese that the double cheeseburger has because they were paying attention to the gossip, they are inept because it is not the first time that this has happened.
