They will get your order wrong or "FORGET" to make it. I used to love this place, yet over the past year, every single time we place an online order ahead of time, they either "forget" an item in the order and make us wait while they make it once we get there and offer no apology or compensation for our time OR the order is wrong. There's a reason we place the order ahead... so we dont have to wait. So this time, we placed an online order for 5:30pm, my husband went to pick it up and was told they "forgot" to make our pizza. The order was literally one pizza and an order of wings. So they made him wait over an additional half an hour while they made it and our wings sat there drying out. There was plenty of staff there who were all just standing around. They also do absolutely nothing to make things right. The wings were disgusting and dry AND they still started to square cut the pizza before my husband stopped them and asked them to pie cut it as requested on the order form. So i guess the staff is also illiterate. This was the last straw. If you want a great pizza and customer service, try Pizza Guru's in Brocton instead. The previous two orders we have placed online also had one item "forgotten" and we were made to wait there for an extended amount of time. I am absolutely livid and Lena's has lost a couple of once loyal customers. The owner needs to get their staff under control because they are running this place...
Read moreHorrible ordering experience. Ordered cheese sticks for my nephew and a pizza. What I received was breadsticks instead. I called to politely explain their mistake and was rudely treated by the woman who answered the phone who said "you got what you paid for." I stated but that's not what I ordered and my nephew wants cheese sticks. She said " well we're busy." Asked to speak to manager and she dropped the phone. The manager, Jared, picks up and repeats the phrase that I got what I paid for. I explained that that was not what I ordered. He said well that's fine and that they're busy. He then hung up. I'll never order there again. Besides the pizza has gotten worse and worse over time. Blasdell or P Dubs are a better option. I will be contacting the owner about his workers but do yourself a favor and avoid this sorry excuse for a business.

Read moreTo preface this I did order delivery on Super Bowl Sunday, so I was very lenient when the large pizza 24 wings that I had ordered did not come on time. Called to order at 5pm and placed the order for 7pm. Waited an hour for food to arrive and called twice, the first i was told that it was on its way and the second there was no answer for 15 min. At this point I drove to Lenas where I was informed that the worker who took my order got both my address and phone number wrong, even though I quite literally spelled the address out for her as well as confirmed it the first time I called to check on my order. I was shown the food that had been sitting there for who knows how long and both were cold, pizza looked like it had been thrown across the shack that they call a pizza place.
