I'm not taking away stars for a bad order but will advise about it. We have 2 delis and I usually go to the fredonia one because they have better food and service. But we went to order subs and he screwed up big time. I wanted mayo not miracle whip which evidently he doesn't do real mayo at all. I wanted the sub toasted and he said he toasted it but my fiance sub who's wasn't supposed to be toasted was warmer then mine. Then he refused to give me my money back because he didn't advise us on the phone when we said mayo not miracle whip that he didn't do or have mayo. So we went to the Dunkirk location and they apologized made me my correct sub and we were on our way. Communication is the key here people. Just tell your customers ahead of time that you don't have or don't do that anymore. They may say well no mayo and put it on themselves later or...
Read moreEvery year we return to Fredonia, we get a pie, and a big cup of blue cheese. This last time it was so good I actually cried with a nostalgic joy, especially when I had been subjected to so much inferior pizza in Florida where I live now. The guy who owns and runs it is a national treasure, he does such a good job and was truly happy that we got a pizza from him. The only bit of sadness was the state of wear that the inside of his establishment he is in. But the guy who answered the phone was quite a prick... he first talked over me and then hung up on me when trying to pay with my card... so I drove down there since the phone was SUCH an inconvenience to him... now what I don't get is he told me 45mins for a calzone and when I got there they CLEARLY weren't busy and it became clear why he was SO rushed on the phone... that TV they have in there was more important...
