Got the house special pizza minus a couple toppings. Place smelled great and price was reasonable, but our pizza had a burnt crust and almost no sauce. The toppings were good quality and well distributed, but we couldn’t even finish the pie because it was charred and tough. Hopefully it was a one-off, but not sure we’d give Bronx Pie another try.

Fantastic pizza ! Wonderful friendly staff and great service. Our first time here, definitely won't be our last. Ordered four slices, they heated it up for me to perfection. Crust was just right, thin and a bit crunchy. I highly recommend this wonderful spot !

The pizza I had here was amazing, it had nice texture, the portion was more than generous, and the people running the place were very friendly. It was so good, I ate it without needing or even desiring to have a drink. It was just that good on its own.

I normally don’t write reviews unless something was overly outstanding or basement subpar. If you can see the stars I gave for this review, you can probably tell the way this is going to go. First, I must state, I have had Bronx Pie a number of times, both in the restaurant and by delivery. We really do like their pizza. We are used to NYC pizza and their pizza is pretty freaking close to it. So I decided to order a pie for delivery on a Thursday night. I ordered the pie online and about 45 minutes later, I called 1. To make sure they actually saw the online order. I know glitches can happen sometimes, it can get busy, and an order can be missed. 2. Just wanted to see if the delivery went out yet. I called, and a gentleman picked up. I asked, “Hi, just checking to see if an order I placed went out yet?” To which he replied, “We have like 15 orders out (scoff). I’m gonna have to check.” Now, I don’t know if maybe it was an off day for him, someone ran over his foot or something, but normally an appropriate response to the question from a customer asking to see if a delivery went out would be, “Sure, let me check. Can you tell me the address?” That’s all. Frankly, you should be happy you have 15 deliveries out, because that means you have business. Would you rather not have a single sale? OK, so I get over the response. I am then asked, “How did you order?” To which I replied, “I ordered online.” Now here is the Wow moment, he stated “Do you know how easy it is to just pick up a phone and call?” So of course it takes me about 8 seconds to process the comment and delve into my psyche making sure that I am not misinterpreting his comment as something else. But no, I’m pretty sure it’s exactly as it translates. I reply “Wow, did you actually just say that?” To which he replies, “Yes, I actually did.” In the next 6 seconds I contemplated the following 1.How much do I really want the pizza pie? 2. How much radon infested water has he drunk in his lifetime? 3. Do I ever want to eat from there again because my next response can really pave the way for my future Bronx Pie pizza endeavors? 4. How to stop my husband, who is seated next me and overheard the entire conversation, from getting dressed and heading over to the pizzeria because I could see that event unfolding(would have been an interesting night) 5. And figuring out who is calling me on the other line.It was the delivery guy calling me as he was in front of the house. Now I would like to say that I lost my appetite at that point and told the guy on the phone, to forget the order and just tip the delivery guy for a wasted trip. But I didn’t. I was still hungry. I hung up with Mr. Wonderful, paid for the pizza, tipped the driver who I must say was polite, smiled and handed over the food carefully. And we ate the Pie. So a few things. Customer service isn’t for everyone. If you can’t manage a nice response, stick to making the pizza. The pizza doesn’t care. No one cares how many deliveries your business has. That’s your problem and frankly, a pretty good problem to have. If you are running late, then sure, let the customer know it just a very busy night but you are making the effort to get the food to them. That is enough for most people. If you don’t like checking your system for online orders, then maybe this century is not for you. Get rid of the third party online system that is likely taking a chunk of commission but is in return opening your business up to an online community that now at days even has toilet paper delivered via Amazon. And then yes, all you will get are the phone calls. And to be quite honest, you should really only stick with online orders if you are going to continue to talk with people on the phone, because the submit button for the online order is a much nicer entity. So yeah, try the pizza. Its great. And generally all the employees I have met are very nice. God help them though if they have to work with him because if he behaves that way with a customer I can only imagine his attitude towards his...

Definitely the best "NY style" pizza in the area, hands down. They're always fast and order is always fresh. Unfortunately, this time around I was a bit disappointed. Not in the food, but in the service. Person serving the food was not wearing a mask. Not like had a mask but pulled down below the face, like no mask at all. I believe it is a state mandate that masks have to be worn. No gloves or sign on the door saying masks required or anything of the like. Just made me feel like they weren't taking the current situation that seriously. To be clear, I understand that some people have health issues and can't wear masks due to respiratory concerns, etc, which I'm fine with. But if that's the case, don't be serving food. You are putting yourself and any customers who walk in at risk. It just made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I will order from here again. I most likely will not during the pandemic. But once things subside and we no longer have to be so protective, I might consider it again. As I said, it's one of my favorite pizza places in the area. It's just hard for me to continue patronizing an establishment that isn't showing much effort in complying with current mandates.

I am grateful for any business that is open and serving people right now, but not if they aren't willing to take the proper precautions. It just baffles me that a restaurant would not take more care in ensuring every staff member is masked up. Like it or not, it's the reality right now. On a side note, the pizza was great!

Hope the situation improves here so I can feel safe ordering from...

I've never been here before but have seen their shop and seen posts on Facebook about them and decided to give Bronx pie a try. I was halfway through my meal and had to give them a call and let them know how much we were enjoying their food and how delicious everything was. It's been a long time since I've eaten from a pizza place where the pizza reminded me of the pizza my family would get while I was growing up. Absolutely fabulous!!!! In this day and age most places don't hear from their customers unless they have a complaint about their order and I wanted to call them with a positive review and let them know how much we enjoyed everything. The prices were so reasonable, I ordered a chicken parm hero and there was so much chicken in this sandwich. Most places usually have one cutlet on there but this hero was overloaded with deliciousness and the meat lovers pizza was spot on. If your looking for a great place to get pizza and other Italian fare then this is the place. Will definitely be making this a weekly thing and...
