Red Fox Pho — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

We ordered a few bowls of beef pho's, shrimp summer roll, grill pork summer roll and the grill pork bánh mì sandwich. Every dish was delicious. The pho soup is spot on and comparable to other places that we have been to in Queens, NYC area. We really like the summer rolls and bánh mì sandwich as well. I like that they offer different protein fillings for the summer rolls.

My favorite new restaurant in Poughkeepsie! (They took over the former Red Fox Deli space across from Marist, which is where most of the earlier reviews here were for). Best sandwiches ever.. the prices are a bit higher than a deli or other sandwich places in the area but the quality of the food is superb, they make the best sandwiches I've ever had, the menu is very large and can be a bit overwhelming but you can just tell them what you want and they'll do it, been there multiple times and I've never been disappointed.. the food is fresh as it gets...
