UPDATE: 1/4/17 I decided to give this business another chance and ordered tonight. The guy who took my order barely spoke English and got my order incorrectly. No problem since people aren't perfect do make mistakes. I called back and the old lady gave me a serious hassle blaming me for the wrong order. She began screaming at me at the top of her lungs because I asked her to PLEASE send me the right order to switch out. This is what I get for being nice and giving business second chances. I know, my bad for being a fool. Never again. (end)
Ever since they went with Square credit card system the delivery driver carries around, it's become a major hassle to get anything delivered. Like today, since I am handicapped, my nurse went to the door to pick up and pay for my order with my CC. The delivery driver rudely insisted that I should come to the door. She explained the situation and he said he didn't care. So I had to get into my wheelchair and go to the door. I asked him what was the problem with my nurse paying for the food? He got verbally aggressive with me, too. I sent the food back. Who needs that kind of hassle?

We order from here only If it's absolutely necessary, like if all the other places are closed or won't deliver after a certain time, and if we are close by. The quality of the food has changed over the years and after this last order, they have completely lost me as a customer. I ordered a large shrimp fried rice, order of fried chicken wings, and a small shrimp with broccoli with extra sauce. The rice was over cooked and the shrimp was undercooked. The wings were OK, but the shrimp with broccoli was dry, brocolli was extra mushy and the "extra sauce" seemed like it was just extra water in the bottom of the container. I had to cook the shrimp a little longer. I appreciated them for staying open after their 10:30 closing time. I think I was the last order. "End of the night" excuses won't work for this time. Read moreReceived chicken lo mein when I order shrimp lo mein and then when I called the employee and manager was rude as if it was my fault they sent the wrong food. They said they would send me shrimp lo mein and take back the chicken lo mein. I declined because after their non chalant attitudes I don't want to eat anyone's spit .... And the other side to my story is....my homemade ice tea was dropped when the delivery driver gave it to my daughter while I was getting the money to pay (like I asked) and i paid and gave a tip . He never even offered to take ice tea back . I tried to salvage it since I paid for it however the plastic containers were broke into pieces in the tea.
